Is Bret Hart Being The New General Manager Of Raw a Good Idea?

Last night on Monday Night Raw,everyone saw Bret Hart become the new general manager of Raw.The fans seemed to be going into a frenzy when he announced that he was the new general manager. The one question is if it is a good idea to have him as general manager and the answer to that question is yes.

Some may not have liked the fact that the guest host segment is gone while many others are glad that it is gone. Most of the guest hosts were celebrities that many of the viewers didn't even recognize or care for.

All the guest host segment did for WWE was give more hollywood attention but it did not increase the ratings for WWE as many would probably think.WWE was smart to take advantage of the situation by making Bret Hart as the new general manager.

When Bret Hart retired from wrestling nine years ago, fans have wanted him to come back and wrestle or at least take the general manager spot ever since WWE brought in the general manager angle. When Bret Hart came back,no one was ready to see him leave yet so the fact that he is general manager gives the fans what they want.

WWE can even attract fans that haven't watched wrestling over the years because of retired wrestlers, the demise of WCW and ECW,or poorly used storylines.WWE knows that the fans were going crazy over hearing Bret Hart being the new GM and they know that they are in a great spot.

TNA made Hulk Hogan their new boss and now WWE made Bret Hart their new boss of authority which means that it would have been interesting to see both shows competing on Monday nights with their decisions.

It will be interesting to see where this will lead into the next coming weeks and months. What do you guys think about this or what do you think should happen with Bret Hart becoming new GM?
