Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez: Official for UFC 121

UFC Heavyweight champion, Brock Lesnar will be making his next championship defense against number one contender, Cain Velasquez at UFC 121.

Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com first reported the news that Lesnar's title defense will be against Velasquez at UFC 121.

 

Lesnar (5-1), made another successful title defense at UFC 116. The champion escaped a very tough first round but came back in the second to submit challenger, Shane Carwin.

Velasquez (8-0), knocked out Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira in his most recent fight back at UFC 110.

While not yet official, UFC 121 is believed to be set to take place from Anaheim, California.
