College football is heating up this weekend giving fans across the country many big games to get excited about. I am looking forward to Ohio State at Iowa; Arkansas at Mississippi St.; and Nebraska at Texas A&M.

The game between the Hawkeyes and the Buckeyes is the one I am most excited for.

The Big 10 is the closest conference in terms of the race for the title. With a three way tie at the top, not one team can afford to lose.

Ohio State will travel to Iowa where they have to win.

Iowa has faced all of the top teams this year, losing to Wisconsin and beating Michigan State. The Hawkeyes were fortunate enough to play all three of their top opponents at home.

Iowa will take down Ohio State this Saturday.

I believe the game will be a lot like the one against the Badgers, but in the end, Iowa will escape with a victory. The defense is strong and they should be able to contain Terrelle Pryor. If they can do exactly what Wisconsin did against him, Iowa should be able to escape with a big home victory.

The Razorbacks are on fire as of late, while winning four straight games. Watching Ryan Mallett sling the ball around is a thing of beauty. I believe that this game will play out a lot like the South Carolina game, where Arkansas came home victorious.

The Bulldogs are a solid team who usually can put up a fight against any other SEC school. With that said, I believe Arkansas is just a very small step below the other SEC west powerhouses and will prove this on the road. It will be a very interesting and exciting game when they take on LSU at home to finish out their season.

Nebraska at A&M is going to be one high scoring battle. What is so crazy about this game is that the Cornhuskers really should be undefeated and in BCS Championship talks. However, they lost to Texas and all of that has changed.

Even so, this is a very important matchup for two ranked teams. The Aggies are fast paced and can do a lot when they have the ball. The key to stopping Nebraska starts and ends with Taylor Martinez.

The Aggies will need to play very careful football and take appropriate shots at the right time. Jeff Fuller is a great receiver, and they need to get him free on a few plays. If they can stop Martinez and the running game, they can upset Nebraska at College Station.

With just a few weeks left in the regular season, the action will only heat up from here on out. This is the best time of year for football, so sit back and enjoy it.
