Carl Edwards and Kyle Busch: Are They Rivals or Not?

Catherine WorrallCorrespondent IAugust 31, 2008

I have finished watching the race from Aug. 23 at Bristol Motor Speedway in Tennesse.

I saw the very last lap when Carl Edwards won the race in Bristol.

But Kyle Busch wasn't happy, and decided to give a nudge at Edwards. However, Edwards gave that right back to Busch.

Is it safe to say that they now have a rivalry between them? Or is this just a couple guys who were a little mad at each other in the heat of the moment?

I saw when Edwards passed Busch to capture the lead, Busch deciding to give a bump back to Carl Edwards to hope that he would crash and drop out of the race, so that Busch could capture the victory in Bristol.

Is that part of Busch's goal to win in Bristol?

I might be wrong about this, but I would love to hear about your opinions....
