Football, College Football, SEC Football, ACC Football, Big 12 Football, Big Ten Football, Georgia Bulldogs Football, Alabama Crimson Tide Football, Bobby Bowden, Ron Zook, Nick Saban, Preview/Prediction

Last week was tough on me, but I'm coming back with some darn good picks this week.

Overall: 16-8, Last week: 4-4

Arkansas 17 at (7) Texas 38

Arkansas will get some points, but the Longhorns are just going to run up and down the Razorback defense.

Tennessee 10 at (15) Auburn 24

Auburn gave LSU a scare last week, showing they’re for real in the SEC. I’m only seeing ten from Tennessee against a dangerous Tiger Defense.

Marshall 13 at West Virginia 31

The Mountaineers should beat Marshall but the way this season is going for Coach Stewart, they may not win a game the rest of the year.

(8) Alabama 20 at (3) Georgia 17

Every week the SEC seems to have the best game on television, and this one will be this week’s. Georgia is still contender for the national championship, but I think Nick Saban will somehow pull out a win against the Bull Dogs. Roll Tide!

(24) T-C-U 10 at (2) Oklahoma 38

Seriously who put this game up here? Oklahoma is going to win, no doubt about it. The question is by how much?

(22) Illinois 45 at (12) Penn State 43

Joe Pa has his Nittany Lions eyeing a BCS game, but I smell upset in the air. Ron Zook Fighting Illini will be ready for battle, and will squeak out a win in triple overtime.

North Carolina 17 at Miami (FL) 27

Carolina is on the upswing but so is Miami, I’m giving this one to the “U”.

Colorado 27 at Florida State 17

Last year it was a blackout, but this year, the game is at a neutral site in Jacksonville. Florida State has some quarterback questions, but their Defense is one of the best in the nation. If Cody Hawkins can make good decisions with the ball (like not throwing an interception for once), and the offense can get the run game going, the Buffs will make Bobby Bowden’s 500th game a loss.
