New Coach Phillips Limits Cowboys' Potential in Practice.

I pity Wade Phillips.  I cannot see why he would allegedly limit the Dallas Cowboys full potential.  He may not know hes doing it, but he is.

In practice, Phillips forces his players to " wrap around " their fellow teammates.  When I saw how they played in a game after a bad practice like it is now, they played like they never tackled a guy in their life.

When you do stuff like this, its basically the same as not fully stretching before a game or a Marion Barber pigging out at McDonald's.  You end up cutting out the players full potential.  If Phillips wants to win the Super Bowl with a 18-1 record, he is going to have to simulate how the Cowboys play in a real life game.
