Could Sens Trade for Barzal? 🤔

Last season in 24 games he scored career highs in goals with 3 and assists with 4. Lindstrom does not seem to figure into the Blackhawks NHL plans and will likely provide the Blackhawks with good AHL forward depth.

Lindstrom is still young and will be given an opportunity in the final preseason games to try and make the team, although unlikely. If Lindstrom wants to play for the Blackhawks this season he must put up a good showing in the final preseason games and get a strong start with Rockford.

Chicago Blackhawks defense-man Doug Janik Claimed by the Dallas Stars

The Chicago Blackhawks announced that Doug Janik was claimed off of waivers by the Dallas Stars. Janik played in 61 games last season with the Tampa Bay Lightning and posted four points and a -1. Janik had signed a contract with the Blackhawks during the off-season and was in the running for 6th/7th defense-man spot.
