It was bound to happen. Philly fans again getting blasted for their booing. This time the Palin puck drop was the event, but the national media of course brought up our good buddy Santa again...

From the New York Daily News: "She may be the most famous hockey mom in the country, but that did not buy Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin much affection in the City of Brotherly Love last night.

Philadelphia sports fans, who once booed Santa Claus at an Eagles game 40 years ago greeted Palin in similar fashion when she dropped the ceremonial first puck at the Fleyers' season opener..."
