Adalius Thomas Gone for the Year?

ESPN.com is reporting that several team sources have claimed OLB Adalius Thomas broke his forearm in the first half of the Bills' game and is most likely gone for the season.

Thomas, who has been extremely effective this season while being used only at the OLB spot, is tied for the team lead with five sacks. His absence on the field will surely be felt by an already injury-plagued defense.

Thomas' replacement will most likely come from within, possibly going to undrafted rookie LB Gary Guyton who has been effective at every linebacker spot. The team could also give Roosevelt Colvin a call, as he's familiar with the system and is currently sitting at home. Colvin would most likely be a last-resort type of option; don't expect to see him on the roster again.
