The Struggling Sixers beat the Raptors last night 106-96. The Sixers finally looked like a team and played together. Elton Brand was a beast all night as he put up 25 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. The Sixers looked to Brand all game as he got lots of touches in the post and used his famous pull up jump shot. The Andre's had 18 points each. me losing streak. Willie Green scored 17 points off the bench. The emerging rookie big man Marreese Speights had 12 points and 7 rebounds off the bench. Sam Dalembert was in foul trouble all game as he ended up with 2 points. Chris Bosh, who is having a breakout season, had 30 points and 12 rebounds. His counterpart big man Jermaine Oneal had 19 points and 11 boards. The Raptors shot 26% from three (5-21) as Anthony Parker went 0-6. Andrea Bargnani added 15 points off the bench bringing them back in the first half as the Sixers were ready to pull away. The Sixers were shooting the ball really well leading to 53% from the Field and 54% from three. Elton Brand didn't look like he was trying to fit in, he just played basketball. Jose Calderon left the game at the end of the third with a tight hamstring. The Sixers only had 13 turnover's, which was a good sign last night. The Sixers are back in action tomorrow verses Indiana, lets hope this great game is only the beginning for the Philadelphia 76ers.
