Michigan State (15) @ Penn State (8)

Penn State’s only slip-up this season was at Iowa, but this Michigan State team is even better, led by running back Javon Ringer. With probably the two most balanced teams in the Big ten, we will give Penn State the slight edge because of home field advantage.
