Manu Ginobili said on Friday that he is ready to play, and could possibly see action as early as Monday night in Memphis.
He has missed the first eleven games this season after offseason ankle surgery
But before Manu plays, he must convince head coach Gregg Popovich.

"I'm kinda proving myself in the last week," Manu said. "He (Coach Pop) watched me play one-on-one, and he saw that I'm doing pretty well."
Manu said he hasn't had any swelling in his foot the day after practice, and if he doesn't play on Monday he should be able to make his season debut on Wednesday against the Bulls, or Friday against the Grizzlies. Both games are at the AT&T Center.
