WWE News: Raw Ratings Low, Is This a Good Thing for WWE Fans?

Ricky AKA The JokerCorrespondent ISeptember 17, 2011

Apparently, the September 12th edition of Raw scored a 2.7 rating, which was the lowest non-holiday rating since the December 15th, 1997 edition of Raw.

The reason they scored such a bad rating was because they had competition from the first Monday Night Football game of 2011.

Needless to say, WWE's going to do everything it takes to bring back viewers and that is, without a doubt, a great thing for the fans.

Rumour has it WWE's going to try and bring back the likes of The Rock, The Undertaker, Chris Jericho, Batista and even Shawn Michaels to bring back the fanbase they lost when they were no longer active members of the WWE.

It's quite obvious to me that WWE made CM Punk "the cult of personality" or "the voice for the voiceless" because many backstage knew that fans were tired of the same old boring crap and wanted change.

Not only that, but I'm definitely predicting that during the Triple H vs. CM Punk match at Night Of Champions something big will happen, and believe me when I say it'll be historic.

So, for everyone that watches WWE, now's a good time to be a WWE fan because I firmly believe that competition is healthy for business, and the people that benefit the most out of competition are the fans.

That's it for now. Until next time, peace.
