Mason Set to Clash with Terps

Today's Must Reads

Tonight, the George Mason men's soccer team drive up the Beltway to face the Maryland Terrapins in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The Patriots are fresh off their 1-0 victory over the Penn Quakers.

Mason enters the match with a 14-6-2 mark on the season, while the Terps are 18-3, including 11-straight victories. Mason is ranked #18 in the polls and Maryland is ranked #3 in the national polls. Mason is 5-7-1 all-time against the Terps. They face one another last season, with the Terps taking a 3-0 decision in College Park.

The game kicks off at 7 p.m. from Ludwig Field in College Park, Md. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth and seniors. Tickets can be purchased via the Maryland Athletics website. The winner will face either the Cal Bears or the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos in the round of 16.
