Hi All
To start with, a happy Thanksgiving to each and every one of you. To those of you who are curious, this is a traditional family celebration in North America (States and Canada do celebrate it on different dates) that we do with our mates and family, a day that expresses our appreciation for our family and friends.
If your home is abroad, you go to your mates' house to spend it with his or her family. Its a three day gig really, a day to settle in, the next one to cook the turkey (when the chef runs around in an insane manner, worrying that the meat sauce has more salt than it should have...seriously, everyone else is really wondering why the bloke is so riled up about a marginally more salty dead bird), the next day to just relax and hang out ... then finally fly back home.
This time around, since I do go to school in U.Michigan - Ann Arbor, where sometimes you feel like there is not a big difference between living there and North Pole (it is that COLD), I decided to go to a warmer place. When I boarded the flight in Detroit, it was practically -10 C today morning 10 am

I am fortunate enough to spend this Thanksgiving with one of my best mates and her family in Tampa, Florida.
Just came in, had dinner and wanted to thank each and every one of you for making our BR-domain what it is today.
Without each one of you, it does not exist. I appreciate each one of your contributions, the one that am most curious as of now is Rob's latest article ... get in on it, it is super interesting.
I am a huge 'Friends' fan, re-runs after re-runs after re-runs. Quite elegantly remember, the Brad Pitt one where he comes over for Thanksgiving. Joey gets a turkey stuck on his head, Chandler's vigorous refusal to accept the festivity, Chandler getting his toe cut off, they all getting locked out and Monica's dinner burnt and above all ... Ross and Chandler in their ridiculous outfits when they rock up to Ross's house for the holiday. I love all those episodes and can watch each of them all over again.
How can you not adore Ross, Mon, Rach, Phoebs, Chandler and Joe. They bring back so many memories.
But any celebration is only meaningful if you have an opportunity to share it with people whom you care for - Christmas, Hannukah, Diwali, Id, Thaksgiving - you name it.
I did not grow up in a culture that celebrated Thanksgiving, hence am deeply appreciative of the fact that I have embraced this holiday that provides me an opportunity to say 'Thank You' to the ones who enhance and enrich, and add value to my every day life.
To each one of you who make BR-Tennis what it is - an honest thank you.
Also sincere condolences to the ones affected by the bomb blast in Mumbai ... its just sick.
Tuck in some Turkey - and drink some dry red vino for me.
Cheers Mate -
