Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been voted the best French sports personality in Britain by fellow members of the French community.
Wenger was voted sport's "Francais of the Year" by French nationals living in Britain in an online poll.
The award all seems a little made up, but no it is very true.
- B/R Ticket Guide
To make the award even more surreal, the man known as Le Boss has beat off stiff competition from ... err ... William Gallas!
He also came up against old foe Nicolas Anelka of Chelsea, Patrice Evra of Manchester United and Lionel Faure who plays rugby for Sale.
The awards took place last night, November 26th, and aims to celebrate the most talented members of London's 300,000 strong French community.
I'm sure the award is currently pride of place on the mantel place in his home—something else for the missus to clean at least.
After beating such stiff competition, Arsene should be a very proud Francais at the minute.

I hear that Thierry Henry is furious, because while he may no longer reside in Britain, he feels that the his presence there lingers, enough that its a direct reflection of his personality, and thus, he MUST surely be awarded this honour.
