The Beast From The Far East, Yao Ming

Ming had an offensive explosion last night against the Warriors. Yao had 33 points19 of those came  in the fourth quarter alone. Although he might have been playing an undersized defense, 33 points for a center is outstanding.

The Rockets torched the Warriors in their first outing. Who says they can't win with Tracy McGrady on the bench.

In the first half the Warriors held Yao to only six points. After Ronny Turiaf fouled out, it was home free for the Yao and the Rockets. As soon as that happened, Yao went off and dominated. He had 33 points and 14 rebounds. He went 6-for-6 from the floor and 15-for-17 from the foul line.

Yao took the game into his own hands and blew away the Warriors, 131-112. When Yao got going, the rest of the Rockets got the heck out of the way. The rest of the Rockets shot 63 percent from the floor and 13-for-21 from beyond the ark.

Yao and the Rockets had an outstanding game. I don't even think the Boston Celtics could of beat them last night.
