My name is Anthony Masterson and I'm unfortunately too old to still be in Menudo. Though that hasn't stopped my lifelong dream of boy-band world domination, I'm taking some time off to do some odd jobs, namely writing for a kickass Rocky Mountain sports blog called Frost Brewed Baseball (www.frostbrewedbaseball.com) and working at Fox Sports Rocky Mountain. Also, I am the Community Leader here on Bleacher Report for the Colorado Rockies, so I'm always ready to talk Rockies. I'm a Journalism/Mass Communications major in Arizona. I've written for the Glendale Community College newspaper, The Voice, working as a sports editor and later as the managing editor. My ambition is to go into sports writing and/or broadcasting on a professional level, hopefully for the NBA.

I've always been a fan of basketball, whether it's watching, playing or writing on it. Playing is how I tore my ACL on my left knee, which was operated on in May, 2008. I'm currently doing intense rehab and physical therapy to get back to playing the sport I love.

I do public address announcing for basketball, volleyball, baseball and other athletic activities on the high school and junior college level.

I am a Senior at a small college in the beautiful mountains of east Tennessee. I love sports! I am a die hard fan of the Chicago Bulls, the Cleveland Indians, the Cleveland Browns and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Throughout my life my teams have disappointed me (with the exception of the Bulls back when I was really young) and left me feeling no hope at the end of the season. Hopefully before I die I will witness a championship victory for all of my teams so that Ohio can no longer be the place where sports teams choke, or just plain suck. Ha-ha.

Hey, internet! Quick facts: I'm currently living in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. It's about an hour north of Milwaukee, where I'm planning on moving to after I find a real job to go along with my internship for the Milwaukee Wave indoor soccer team.

I'm a graduate from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse class of '06, and then spent two years there as a television news reporter. It was fun, but ultimately wasn't for me. So in the meantime, I'm working on my blog, www.thebuckychannel.com, and planning my next move.
