Greetings stalkers!
I'm J.C. I used to write articles for the site when it was only a red-and-silver thing with four or five "top writers" on the left hand of the site. See that "93" before my name in the link up top? That means I'm a hardcore old-timer. I even had one of the first articles from here to be featured on deadspin (I think). I like to pull these facts out at the swank B/R cocktail parties.
Of course I've taken liberal amounts of time off. This is probably my third go-around with the site - if there's a B/R "comeback player of the year" award, I want it, and I'm building an army of homicidal robots to get it. While this makes me seem unreliable and mercurial, often times life gets in the way of fun. Sometimes other forms of fun g...

Hi, I'm Eric Gomez. Currently, I'm a Television, Film and New Media Major attending San Diego State University in (you guessed it) San Diego, California. Aside from writing and enjoying sports, I design websites in my spare time and wonder why the San Diego Padres haven't had a pitcher throw a no-hitter or a batter hit for the cycle.
I'm a co-Community Leader for the San Diego Chargers section on B/R, as well as the Community Leader for the San Diego Padres. If you have any questions, comments, suggestions or anything else basically, be sure to leave a note on my profile or e-mail me at:

5 - Joe D.
Writer bio
Little biography:
My name is Joe and I'm 17 years old from South Jersey. What makes me a Colts fan in south NJ you ask? Well I was a little sports nut back in my real young childhood. One day I was watching ESPN and saw a College Football game between Tennessee and I believe, Vanderbilt on. Peyton Manning was in his junior season and threw an awesome pass to Marcus Nash. So the fanhood started until he graduated and was drafted by those Colts.
Fan of all sports (NFL, MLB, NCAA FB, NHL, NASCAR and FIFA) though my NBA fanhood is low. Hopefully Elton Brand can change that. Love sports in general and competing in them too.

There are many Arsenal series for all you Gooners to get involved in including: "Arsenal In..." where Gooners from all over the world tell us what Arsenal mean to their respective countries, "Arsenal: Where Are They Now?" where Shyam looks at where past Arsenal players are, "Arsenal Legends" with Joe Guarr and "Arsenal Ladies" where I keep everyone up to date with all the goings on with the Arsenal Ladies.
Any other suggestions and comments are greatly welcome.
As for me, it is so surprise that I am a proud Arsenal fan and have been f...

I am a physical education teacher at the high school level. Since my profession is one that promotes physical fitness I try to keep in shape in order to set a good example for my students. Trying to encourage high school age students to make sound choices regarding exercise and diet becomes much more difficult if you cannot practice what you preach. Respect is something that is very important to me and it is something that is earned by what you do not by what you say. In a manner of speaking, setting a good example for students is one way I try to earn their respect. Anyway, that is my approach to my profession and pretty much to life as well.

Hi. I'm Shyam and I'm the co-Community Leader of Bleacher Report's Arsenal Community, along with Mary.
It has been a wonderful experience writing here and meeting like-minded individuals who love football. Bleacher Report is a great forum to experience one's views and opinions on different events, and I have enjoyed being a part of a burgeoning community here.
There are some talented writers here, but more importantly, there are some excellent editors as well.
Keep up the good work guys! Let's hope we grow and prosper together at Bleacher Report!
P.S. If you have any concerns about, or ideas for improving the Arsenal Community, do drop in a note in my bulletin board.
A special thanks to Community Director, Zander Freund, for all his work directed towards improving B/R!

Hi,
I'm an "aspiring" (hah!) journalist from Liverpool whose foremost love in sport is Liverpool and football. I'm also a contributor to a certain other open source website.
I've had an intense passion for football (soccer) since I was about the height of an unusually small Hobbit. I became interested in American sports after Channel Five's establishment and fondly remember that veritable home run contest between Griffey, McGwire, and Sosa.
If I'm not distracted, I hope to publish my second article, focusing on French football, and perhaps a third, more sensitive article on various historical aspects of football in Britain. I'm eager to incorporate my interest in history and current events into sports-related articles; they're usually engaging.
I have a tendency to...

I am currently a middle school teacher. You gotta love those brats (in a professional sense of course). I love to write and read. I'm going to probably deliver more humorous articles than anything else as I feel the world is too serious and needs a good laugh.
I enjoy most sports. Football is my favorite to watch, basketball is my favorite to play. Baseball is my first love. Wrestling is something I would love to do before I die. For the most part, most of my articles will center around wrestling but I do branch out. I take pride in my work and feel quality is better than quantity.

Veteran sportscaster, ESPN, FOX Sports, CN8, ABC Radio and plenty more. Have been lucky enough to attend just about every championship game or series held in American sport. This also means meeting my share of athletes and those connected with athletics, thus allowing me to share their experiences and learn more about what makes them tick. Never really cared to be one of those reporters who can quote stats all day long, rather spend more time on issues and what happens under the surface. The TV media is moving toward the Internet, thus my involvement with a web site at www.speedingbulletnetwork.com where all the interviews are in audio or video, no writing.
