I was born in Memphis, Tennessee, but have lived in Birmingham, Alabama for 15 years now. Two best BBQ cities on earth? Just might be.

I love sports and have played football, basketball, and baseball in my life. I enjoy playing football, basketball, and golf now. I was raised an Auburn fan and remain a devoted one to this day

I co-host a college football recruiting radio show in Birmingham, Alabama on 94.5 FM and www.joxfm.com. Airs Tuesday nights from 7-8 pm CT.

I have had a Bleacher Report article of mine published on Fox Sports, detailing the top 10 incoming freshman in the 2008 college football season.

I've also appeared as a guest on a sports radio show in Birmingham, Alabama and have been a guest host on the show as well. (http://www.dandbradio.com/)

Read more at my blog, Gridiron Guru: (http://justinhokanson.blogspot.com/)

I appeared as a guest on Brian Sakowski's In The Bleachers live podcast as well, which was a lot of fun. (http:inthebleachers.net/)

The articles I write also appear on the website, http://www.southernsports365.com/. So go check it out!

Fair and balanced article on "Great Shape". One more back and the rest will fall in place. Chizik needs to be scouting for more assistant coaches to replace those who will be new coordinators and Head Coaches within two years. What a staff. That's is Chizik's saving grace. Do it once - great. Do it twice, I'm a believer and Chizik will be here longer than Sabin will be in Tuscaloosa.
It's a great time to be moving back to Auburn and to see that not only the football program, but academics, the town and the community in East Alabama is progressively moving forward.

I have just published a battle cry for (LSU) Tiger Nation. It's a must read for Tiger fans and it might be my best literary effort to date, I hope everyone will enjoy regardless of team or sport affiliation.

Please let me know what you think, I hope you like it and feel free to recommend it to a couple of friends if you find me worthy!.

    Thanks in advance - HB

ok linked 'em up at the end of the article. if it makes you feel any better, i picked LSU to lose this game in last year's creature vs creature and they pulled it out so maybe the same strategy will work for you. good luck!

    hey justin,
i was going to see if you or one of your writers would be interested in a creature vs creature for the LSU game next week.

i should be able to do one and it should be a great game. i think AU will outscore LSU's O so the Tigers ( the purple and gold ones) will need some other things to happen.

    whadya think?

It's time to ask yourself do your suffer from the Crimson Tide Stain? Obviously you dont but I wonder if our good friends Larry and Franklin are suffering from such a terrible illness.

Just a reminder that anyone can make it to the SEC Title game to face the obnoxious and annoying Tim Tebow.

Hey guys, if you would please read this article on the comparison between Vince Young and Tim Tebow.

This is actually the most important piece to me that I have written, so I kindly ask that you give your feedback on the situation, and help with the promotion of the article.

    Thanks as always guys,
