45 year old Nascar Fan. I've been watching Nascar since 1971. It's been my favorite sport, on and off, since then. I've been an active fan since about 1979. I read about and watch Nascar news as much as I can. I've been writing about it on various forums for a few years now.

    Jim,

    B/R has changed up the 'tags' for us so we're under 'auto racing' now and the 'motorsports' is dead.

    I'll check your previous work and re-tag it.

    I finally finished my 7 part series...it got a little out of hand.

    Not a problem, L. J. I appreciate the debate and the criticism. I just hate endless Internet debates that never seem to end. Soon or later, I just want to go to bed or go to work or something.

    I'll switch sides in the middle too, just to keep it interesting, but only if I have time.

    Quality debate is the cornerstone of writing Mr. Crooks. You have valid, defensible positions unlike some here on B/R and the quality of your work inspires myself and others to react. It doesn't get any better than that.

    I am not your better, nor anyone's better. I only bring the big guns to offer objectivity when I perceive a one sided debate...and I'll switch sides in the middle of a fight if it seems the right thing to do. I only seek a fair fight.

    I enjoy debating with you as you are more than equal to the task.

    When I was young I knew it all, when I married I found that I knew nothing, now, if I'm right half the time, it's a major accomplishment.
