Tony Briscoe


Tony Briscoe grew up in Southfield, Michigan, which is just north of Detroit. There he developed a fond relationship with the Lions, Tigers, Pistons, Red Wings and everything Michigan.

Tony is currently a senior journalism major at Michigan State University. In the past, he has written for Automotive News, Spartanedge and BLAC Detroit Magazine. He was also an official intern/featured columnist for the Bleacher Report.

    Welcome to the MSU basketball community. My dad used to live right by Arrowhead and Kauffman in Independence. I remember being able to hear the games from his balcony, and being booed in the parking lot as a 10-year-old while wearing my Tigers cap. Danny Tartabull, Bret Saberhagen and George Brett were a few of my favorites.
