  1. Not a problem. Your first article stoked a lot of fire, but the second one didn't get the comment demons to respond.
Either that, or what do you think of Cutler's announcement that his arm is stronger than Elway? Hype, pressure, foolishness of youth, or wait and see?

  2. Mike.....your articles are getting lonely, write a new one!

  3. I don't think it's as much dejected as it is disenfranchised... maybe it's one and the same, I really don't know. Powerless without hope. I think most Raider fans think and believe in the basic franchise tags that at lease in my life are used sometimes as guidelines. You know them, commitment to excellence, pride and poise, just win... All of these age old good sayings that can be applied to mostly anyone who wants to excel.

However, when you find the creator of these sayings doesn't really follow his own most basic and preached about trademark core beliefs then, you feel cheated, taken advantage of and lied to in the name of what is mostly tandem to tactics that are used for merely (WTF) saving face?!?!?!

AS long as AL DAVIS doesn't look bad then losing is acceptable. The biggest example of that is your boy, Shannahan. Al to this day no doubt thinks he dominated and prevailed against him because even after losing the appeal AL still didn't pay Shannahan a paultry few thundred tho.

BUT, as you well know Shannahans's been taking out of his hide ever since, This is the epitome of penny wise and pound foolish, That's ALLEN DAVIS or as I call him, ALbert DAVIS which is to simply dis the turd.

And you know, this is not good even for long time rivals like our teams dude. Before the veil of secrecy was broken we all had plausible deniability and we could have a nice little rivalry going which in many venues is fun... Actually a lot of fun... But now when guys like me have been able to see beyond that veil to confirm what everyone believed to be true... That Al is a puppet master playing the ultimate Video game with live people, using his Defensive Coordinators as human joy sticks & then cowardly blaming others for his abysmal failures.... Well bro, IT AIN'T THAT KINDA PARTY!

My Hope is that Lane Kiffin in these modern times can and will take ALbert DAVIS to court and through the labor laws which I know 100, hell, 1000% were violated in that stupid news conference. I hope Lane sues him and then takes him out through the federal and civil routes... Al Davis will be stuck in litigation for years and at a cost of milliions... He will lose in those venues, that's a guarantee. It will take years and Al doesn't have the health for that anymore. Anyway you look at it Al will lose and hopefully it will cost him so much money he will have no choice but to give the reins of the Raiders over to Lane Kiffin. Kiff will own him literally!!!

So at least until Davis has been taken out of the picture will I enjoy this entertainment as much as before. now I just feel sorry for the players who are the ones left holding the bag...

Thinks will change at leat the old man is not going to last much more anyway... THIS TOO WILL PASS.

Good luck wining the Div. you look like the front runners though Diego will give you a run 4 your money but, they can be had.

  4. Michael, thanks for you comments on my article on San Diego.

I just learned a long time ago not to use refs as reasons for losing if there is game to play. Had that call ended the game, I'd be upset like other San Diego fans.

But the fact that there was game time left, and combined with the way I played and the way I was taught, and the way NFL players and coaches stand by their view that it's best to ignore bad calls, I just couldn't help but point out the whining I've heard for two days now.

I've seen so many bad calls in games that could be blamed for outcomes, but if there is game left, then it's up to the players to rise up to the challenge. If they don't, they can only blame themselves. A 2-pt conversion pass? That is embarrassing.

  5. Thanks Michael! I aprreciate the pick!

  6. Congratz Michael, The Broncos laid a clinic on the Raiders. Gotta give credit where it's due. I certainly felt we could win but was obviously a little premature in my assessment LOL!

Oh and a little point I read somewhere. You're right! Being a Christian doesn't make you good but it also doesn't make you a religious person either.

Nobody likes being preached to (religious, political or otherwise) but that's my 2 cents.

Cuttler looked real good there, he's the real deal. & this kid Royal whooooa... Scary he's a rookie.

  7. I've asked them....it's kind of annoying when that happens.
I'll see if Zander can kill that one.
