    Thanks Junior. I have no desire to purse any charges as I know how things work in the field of big business. Really, I just wanted to show the blatant laziness of these pro hacks. I have no desire to be a reporter or sports writer and really don't give a marsupial's anus about getting credit and so forth. I write for the hell of it, an audience of one really, myself. If others find my work funny or interesting, then that's always a feelgood bonus. But I certainly appreciate any time you take to provide feedback. You are a rare breed in today's world of mediocrity and convenience. Thanks again, cheers. Pete.

    Junior, thanks for the info and compliment. I wasn't aware the Vancouver Real Estate market was also tanking. I lived in Vancouver up until 12 years ago and even then prices were sky high. Lately I noticed they were absolutely insane, but read they were holding up... oh well, I guess that's the magic of globalization. Cheers.
