Timothy's Bio

I was born and have lived in the great state of Alabama my entire life. I graduated Faulkner University (Montgomery, AL) with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in 2005 and am currently pursuing a Master's in Occupational Health & Safety. I work as the Safety Coordinator for a manufacturing company in my home town of Greenville.

I love sports on many levels, but my heart ever will be given to the University of Alabama's football program. From an early age I remember watching and falling in love with football - particularly the Crimson Tide.

I have several "sub-interests" as well, including North Carolina Basketball, Green Bay Packer Football, and Alabama Basketball. I'll watch and take interest in other sports from time to time, but college football will always be my number one passion.

I officiate high school football, an awesome way to keep myself in the sport and give back to something that has given me so very much. I talk sports, read sports, and on cool fall days in the Deep South live sports!

I don't claim to be a professional writer by any means. However, I do enjoy writing about sports, and writing in general, and have been told that I sometimes have a good way of presenting material through writing. I hope to one day work my way to a higher, more professional level of sports writing & editing.
