Josh's Bio
I may be one of the few Green Bay, Wis., natives that doesn't bleed green and gold.
Family has tied me to becoming a die-hard fan of the Boston Red Sox and Florida State Seminoles. I also root for the Baltimore Ravens and the rest of my home-state teams: the Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks and all University of Wisconsin athletic teams.
I'm finishing up my degree in Journalism at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where I will finish with five semesters of editorial experience on the award-winning student newspaper, The Fourth Estate.
I also have two individual awards to my credit. The Associated Collegiate Press awarded me an Honorable Mention in 2006 for my coverage of the Frozen Tundra Hockey Classic, a game which pitted the national champion-to-be Wisconsin Badgers against the Ohio State Buckeyes, at Lambeau Field. I was awarded a second place in 2008 for my preview article of the opening of UWGB's brand new athletics facilities.
