Steven Goldman spent almost nine years with Baseball Prospectus, “the think-tank of baseball,” during which time he edited or contributed to 12 books (including Mind Game, It Ain't Over 'Til It's Over, and Extra Innings) and rose to the position of Editor-in-Chief. He is also the author of the biography Forging Genius: The Making of Casey Stengel, the creator of the long-running Pinstriped Bible ( for the YES Network, cited by Sports Illustrated as “an essential online baseball destination,” and was a national baseball columnist for the New York Sun newspaper from 2004 to 2008. In 2011, he became a co-host of the “MLB Roundtrip” show on SiriusXM’s MLB Network Radio. His work has appeared in Yankees Magazine, The Village Voice, Commentary, American Heritage, and other publications. Steven lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children.

    Twins will not be in postseason in the next three years? How do you justify your prediction? You seems to be writing off the Twins for the next three years based on their record from the first two weeks of this season??
