Ken's Bio

A 19 year old couch potato, I've had the pleasure of absorbing knowledge from the NHL, NFL, AHL, EPL, MLB, College Sports, and many more I'm sure I'm forgetting, but now thanks to Bleacher Report i have a chance to share it, to be heralded or ridiculed, just like the athletes I've watch for so much of my life, and who benefits, you the reader because for the few minutes it takes for you to read my articles the less meaningful things you could be doing, get done. Like work or School for instance. So grab a cold one or three and enjoy.

I'll try to make you laugh,(which I'm sure I'll fail at miserably) cry, and maybe just maybe educate. I insolubly hope you enjoy.

Feel free to leave comments, I answer them all.

Ken Writes About

The Short List facts and information about Ken Foss

Favorite Athletes

Ken Griffey Jr., Bobby Ryan, Paul Kariya, Tom Brady, Randy Moss(not a homer pick i fell for him in 98 parenthetically speaking not homosexually, not that theres anything wrong with that, boy can i really step in it.) Wayne Gretzky, David Beckham, Claudio Reyna, Clint Dempsey, Michael Bradley, and Giuseppe Rossi

Favorite Sports Teams

ill do my lineup later so ill leave it at that for redundancy purposes

All Time Sports Moment

Ugh there are so many this years Super Bowl was great, "I don't believe what i just saw", the 2001 November Series Walk off Game 7 bases loaded blooper off Rivera was awesome, not to leave out the 2003 and 4 World Series either and probably the best i've seen was the 2005 Rose Bowl, But you have to in this country its like a rule especially if your a hockey fan say the 1980 Miracle on Ice. Mike Eruzione is still raking it in off that goal.

Most Memorable Game Attended

Last year, Boston Vs Montreal Boston up 4-2 late in that game Tim Thomas implodes we lose in TD Banknorth Garden 5-4 to the Canadians Halak got the Win who played here in Lewiston for our QMJHL team.

Most Unbreakable Sports Record

Easy 749 Complete Games - Cy Young hell nobodies every going to touch his Boston totals of 275 with a .99 career Whip.

Ruth or Mays?

Ruth, Mays was great but come on Ruth hit more homeruns in his career than a few teams had up to that point.

Unitas or Montana?

Montana, i love Unitas but i think Unitas gets too much credit for playing in a watered down NFL in the 50s-60s

Pele or Maradona?

Jeez this is like asking me which one do you like better having a 15inch penis or an endless zero Calorie Big Mac with some zero Calorie fries dispensor. Ill take Pele hes a better goalscorer and he played next to forever from the mid 1956-early 1975 playing in 3 WCs (should have been 4 and probably 5 in 1974)

Pac 10, Big 12, Big 10, SEC, ACC, or Big East?

these things are cyclical but for the moment its Pac-10 Basketball, SEC Football, Hockey East Hockey.

  1. Hey Ken,
Thanks for selecting my article for pick of the day.

  2. Your my go to on the MLS... big love from Scotland Ken...

  3. thanks for the add!

  4. Hey, you turned it into that. Saying Jordan wasn't the best in his league and that is why you chose Gretzky.

  5. you might have been right, but that wasn't the question now was it.

  6. You say Gretzky over Jordan, but I say Lemieux over Gretzky. Had Lemieux stayed healthy (ie. not gotten cancer) he would have broken Gretzky's records. Until he came back the last time, he had averaged more than 2 points per game (2.12 I think) compared to Greatzky's 1.92.

  7. My 3rd front page story, this time on the NHL section. I Detail the exactly how the NHL has digressed to defensive standstills

  8. Agree. Kobe vs Lebron needs to stop, and CP3 definitely needs to be in the picture if not at the top of the list. His season has been unreal.

  9. thanks Dave, and for the second time in my young BR career I made the first page this time with my scathing report of the sliding American NHL popularity.

  10. Hey Ken, welcome to BR! Congrats on stirring things up with the Chris Paul story. Keep it up!

  11. today i featured for the first time on the front page via the NBA section, my Chris Paul story has really stirred up the folks.
