About the Role: 

B/R is looking for a smart, creative, detail-oriented sports fan to join our Integrated Strategy team as a Coordinator. This team sits between content and sales and is responsible for building custom solutions for potential media partners. The cross functional role interfaces with a variety of internal teams to develop and execute innovative, highly effective solutions that solve complex client goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Planners to leverage account intelligence and market feedback to help inform our solutions strategy

  • Clearly communicate advertiser goals, share insights and initiate brainstorm meetings with the Content Strategy team to develop custom programs that solve for client goals

  • Build proposals and aid in client presentations

  • Work closely with the Data / Analytics team to garner relevant client and industry insights

  • Be an active member of the larger Integrated Strategy team - participating in brainstorms and sharing insights

  • Aid in the creation of big ticket media packages for our tentpole events throughout the year

  • Support all elements of the campaign fulfillment process by facilitating all pre-launch, launch, and in flight campaign responsibilities for sponsored and branded content programs.

  • Aid in the creation of all wrap up materials to effectively tell a successful performance story for all campaigns

  • Successfully communicate B/R’s value proposition to our external partners through impactful media solutions that leverage our authentic voice in the sports culture landscape

Requirements:

  • 1-2 Years minimum experience working in digital / social media 

  • Working knowledge of the general sports landscape 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Trust and respect the process

  • Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate on projects as well as excel independently

  • Clear and effective communicator

  • Possesses strong quantitative and analytical skills as well as creative problem-solving abilities 

  • Proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint strongly preferred

Post Coordinator (Temporary)

About The Role:

We are looking for a Post Production Coordinator to join our Branded Content department. The Branded Content Team creates relevant and exciting stories for the Bleacher/Report audience, in partnership with brands.

The Post Production Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, creating and maintaining post schedules, creative talent bookings, organizing post budgets, and creating graphics requests.
The Post Production Coordinator will also assist the Supervising Post Producer in identifying new workflows and elevating capabilities of the Branded Content Team.

Post Coordinator Role (including, not limited to):
- Creating Post Schedules
- Creating and assisting project workflows
- Filling out requests for motion graphics and other resources from internal departments
- Booking and wrapping out Post Production staff and expenses on projects
- Some media management and data organization
- Aggregating visual references and sourcing resources
- Exporting new footage for selects and stringouts
- Preparing additional exports of content
- Overseeing revisions from supervisors and clients with editors
- Screening client-facing work before delivery
- Problem-solving and providing feedback on content and workflows

Requirements:
- Detail-oriented
- Experience in post-production
- Experience in Adobe Premiere
- Experience in Google Docs / Sheets / Calendar
- Experience in other Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus

Senior Producer, Branded Content

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, NYC-based Senior Producer to join our Branded Content department. The branded content team creates relevant and exciting stories for the Bleacher/Report audience, in partnership with brands. 

The Branded Content team will be tasked with bringing the industry-leading voice and distribution strategy to brand partners. The Branded Content studio will work with brands to concept video, text, interactive and live events platforms and then execute the ideas with internal and external partners.

The Senior Producer is responsible for directing and/or producing top-level productions as well as managing and mentoring junior producers on the team. Senior Producer will also assist the Supervising Producer in identifying new storytelling trends and elevating content capabilities of the Branded Content Team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Direct and/or produce top-level productions
  • Efficiently manage and mentor other producers on the Branded Content Team
  • Responsible for driving and elevating Bleacher Report’s filmmaking capabilities
  • Work with Supervising Producer on story planning, pitch process and feature segments
  • Plan future campaigns and story coverage in conjunction with content, programming, and analytic teams
  • Create and Track Budgets and Schedule across multiple campaigns pre-sale and post-sale

About You:

  • Expert Filmmaker
  • 7+ years of video production experience
  • Expert in production management, post-production supervision 
  • Must have producer and director credits
  • Experience working with SAG and IATSE
  • Experience working with A-List Talent in sports, music, and culture
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic skills
  • Must be adept at supporting creative teams to ensure strategic integrity from start of project to finish
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
