WWE Payback's card is starting to shape up and the pre-show match has been announced. Damien Sandow will face off against Sheamus.

Though WWE is currently billing this on the website as a "special Kickoff to Payback Match," the feud in actuality has not been very special.

This is a filler feud to eat up time before the two men are a part of the Money in the Bank ladder matches. Then, they will actually start new programs with others.

The entirety of this feud has been the Intellectual Savior of the Masses randomly challenging the Celtic Warrior to mental tests and receiving brutality for his efforts.

It's a very simple storyline that required very little effort, so it should be no surprise if this match ends up being nothing but a standard singles bout.

Don't expect to see a lot of time allotted to this match, nor should you expect it to be a classic. For all intents and purposes, it should do its job, which is to merely get both of these men on the card.

WWE's priority in this match will more than likely be to make sure Sheamus looks good, so a win for the Great White would be the smart bet.

However, if indeed both men will be involved in Money in the Bank ladder matches at the next pay-per-view, it would serve them well to consider having Sandow pick up the victory. He has much more ground to make up to appear as a legitimate potential winner in comparison to the former three time world champion Sheamus.

If Sandow wins, look for Cody Rhodes to be the cause of it. If Sheamus wins—which is probably the outcome that we will see—look for him to come out on top despite an interference attempt by Rhodes.

Who do you think is going to win? Do you think the match will be good or a bust? Tell us your predictions in the comments below.
